Ths history of Activation fEEG Feedback℠ ~ Using the knowledge he gained in the process of recovering from a Head Injury/Concussion in 1994, Dr. Cantu began offering very specialized fEEG Brain Mapping and Activation fEEG. options that dramatically improved his ability to help his patients. From his personal experience, Dr. Cantu learned that the source of his many persistent symptoms was the effects of his head injury, which was in fact, a brain injury. Dr. Cantu also observed that the patients with old head injuries (even subtle ones) also had similar symptoms and abnormal brainwave patterns that improved with his treatment. With the evidence that old head injuries, concussions, and even whiplash could injure the brain, he developed a unique assessment and treatment approach that is now a vital part of helping his patients. Because of the prevalence of concussions and head injuries in sports, Dr. Cantu also has a passion for educating, evaluating, and treating professional athletes.
